Who we are
VantageFront & Co. provides sales system consulting and implementation services to home service contractors. You can reach us at hello@vantagefrontco.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the Lead Leak Audit form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and any details you choose to share about your business.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type.
- Cookies. We use HubSpot’s tracking cookie to understand how visitors find and move through the site, and to connect a form submission to the visit it came from.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for your audit.
- To deliver the services you have asked us for.
- To send you occasional relevant updates, if you have agreed to receive them.
- To understand which pages and sources produce genuine enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, principally HubSpot (customer relationship management, forms and email) and our website hosting provider. Each is bound to use your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the footer of the email.
- Block or clear cookies using your browser settings.

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We will never share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in HubSpot under access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
