A mystery shop of your intake
Before we speak, we call the number on your website and submit a form the way a homeowner would — then we time exactly what happens next. Most owners have never seen this from the outside.
Free · 30 minutes · No obligation
Thirty minutes to find out exactly where revenue is leaving your business between the first ring and the signed job — and what closing each gap is worth in real money.

What you get
We run the same process whether you are an obvious fit or an obvious no. The difference is only what we recommend at the end of it.
Before we speak, we call the number on your website and submit a form the way a homeowner would — then we time exactly what happens next. Most owners have never seen this from the outside.
Leads in, quotes out, jobs closed. We find where the drop-off is concentrated instead of guessing, using your numbers rather than industry averages.
Leak by leak, with the working shown. If the number is small, we will say so — that is a genuinely useful answer too.
Ordered by return, not by what we would like to sell you. Several companies we audit fix the top item themselves in a week. That is a fine outcome.

It runs about 30 minutes. Before we speak we mystery-shop your inbound path — we call the number on your website and submit a form the way a homeowner would, and we time what happens next. On the call we walk through your last 90 days of leads, quotes and closed jobs, and identify where the drop-off is. You get the findings in writing afterwards, including a prioritised fix list you are free to implement yourself.
It is genuinely free and there is no obligation. We do it because it is the most honest sales process we have found: roughly half the companies we audit have a leak they can close on their own in a week, and we tell them so. The other half want it built properly and fast, and that conversation is much easier once we both know what we are looking at.
No. We work on the conversion side — what happens to the demand you already have. If your problem is genuinely that nobody knows you exist, we will say so on the audit call and point you toward the right kind of help rather than sell you something that will not fix it.
Most builds go live inside two to four weeks from the blueprint being signed off. Missed-call recovery and speed-to-lead response are typically live in the first week because they are the fastest-returning fixes. Nothing about the timeline requires your team to stop working.
In almost every case, yes. We build inside your existing CRM and phone system wherever they are capable of the job, and we will tell you plainly if something you own genuinely cannot do what you need. We are not tied to a single platform and we do not resell software.
The audit is 30 minutes with the owner. The blueprint review is about an hour. After that we do the configuration, and your team gets a single walkthrough of the parts they touch — usually under an hour for the office and less for the field. We are deliberately allergic to onboarding homework.
Our best fit is HVAC and roofing companies between roughly $1.5M and $7.5M in revenue with 5 to 20 employees, already generating inbound leads. Plumbing companies in the same range are a strong secondary fit. Below that range there usually is not enough lead volume for the system to pay for itself quickly, and we will tell you that on the call.
Yes, completely. Everything is configured in your accounts, under your logins, with your data. If we stop working together, the sequences, pipelines, scripts and reporting stay exactly where they are and keep running.
No. There is a defined install engagement, and the ongoing operate phase is month to month. We would rather earn the next month than litigate the last one.
Pricing depends on how much needs building and whether you want the ongoing operate phase. We quote it after the audit, once we both know the size of the leak and the size of the fix — quoting before that would be a guess. If the numbers do not justify the work, we will say so.
